Try skipping starchy foods or switching from light baked goods to dark ones. The most useful is black bread.

Introduce low-fat diet meats into your diet: white chicken, rabbit or boiled beef. Chew food thoroughly, as this promotes its speedy digestion and absorption by the body. Of course, include in the diet as many vegetables, fruits, herbs and decoctions of medicinal herbs as possible.

If after 2-3 days there is no visible effect, then you should not stop following my recommendations.
